This notice explains how PK Paints & Renovations handles information you choose to submit through the estimate request form.
Information collected
The form may collect your name, phone number, email address, project ZIP code, project details, and an optional project photo. It also records the page used to start the request, the referring website’s hostname when available, and campaign tags included in the link.
How the information is used
The information is used to review your project request, contact you using your selected method, understand the type and location of requested work, and evaluate which website sources generate inquiries. It is not submitted to advertising platforms by this form.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Estimate requests are processed by a Vercel Function and delivered by the email service configured for the site. The current implementation is prepared for Resend. Those providers process the information only as needed to host the site and deliver the request, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Photos and sensitive information
Uploaded photos are resized in your browser and re-encoded to remove embedded metadata before transmission. Even so, do not upload keys, identification, financial records, alarm details, private documents, people who have not consented, or anything else you consider sensitive.
Retention and deletion
Estimate details may remain in the receiving business mailbox and the delivery provider’s logs for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a submitted inquiry, email pkpaintsreno@gmail.com.
Your choices
You do not have to use the online form. You may call (215) 603-8009 instead. Do not use this form for emergencies.

This notice may be updated when the form, service providers, or information practices change. The current revision date will appear at the top of this page.
